recently changed to the access wireless MAJOR violations what i can see first the phone is issued WITHOUT owners instructions on how to use the phone access wireless does not tell the new customer....what will happen when they switch....if unhappy...these people hold you up for 60 days??? i kept trying my phone out....features etc.... Their customer service is Horrible...i called when i was having problems....no way could i even get a live... Read more

I mean come on! Why should I have to wait an hourand then some, listening to classical music?! This makes me feel unimportant! I need to speak to someone and I have to wait almost 2 hours on someone else's phone just to call to speak with a representative about my raggedy behind Coolpad! My access wireless was stolen, I can't report it, I think they changed the pass code so I can't get to a real person, what do I do?

Access wireless are horrible, they say they cancel your order, but when you check back, they have not cancel. They keep you from going to another company. I guess i will write my congressman about the way they treat they custmers. Just bad bad bussiness they dont need to be in this bussiness.

There is no live person to talk to with this company, I'm taking my number and going elsewhere, file complaint with telecommunication agency

My phone is broke and I can't find my pass code so I get a goodbye when I call customer service. I get a free government phone people!!!! I don't have access to a computer or internet to go on line to resolve this issue. Kroger customer service is no better than access wireless CS. I want this phone cut off 252-347-3280 and this phone cut back on252-565-9305. The girl came by and tricked me into ordering that phone , 252-347-3280, saying you can now have a second phone and if I cant it wont go thru. When it went thru, she said see I told you you can now have a second phone. Now the phone is either lost or stolen by a family member I believe and I want it cut off and this numbet cut back on please 252-565-9305 complainant... Read more

I'm old and not the best computer savy ole lady, but I know when I'm being stomped on. I had a SafeLink Free gov't phone that was old, difficult to see numbers, I couldn't hear, and neither could those I called. Enter Access Wireless with their free gov't SMART phone.
